We boast a beautiful modern office with three indoor estimating bays and a comfortable reception area where customers can enjoy a fresh coffee or watch TV.  Our workshop is 20,000 ft2 and is fully equipped with a Chief Velocity, EZE-Liner frame rack, spot welder, A/C machine, full detail department, two downdraft bake booths and three downdraft prep stations.  We have two fenced compounds for car storage, and an Enterprise Rent-a-Car location on site.

Unfortunately, the day before Christmas, someone hit my car and ran. It seems that when I bought my new car, it has been targeted by unscrupulous individuals. After a brief call to ICBC, where I was treated royally, they asked me where I would like to take my car for repairs. As I had previous experience with West End Auto Body, I chose them once again. ICBC agreed fully. When I arrived at West End Auto Body in Chilliwack, I was treated with respect and professionalism by a Secretary at the front desk, who then passed the paper work over to an estimator. He went out of his way to ensure that I was treated as a person, not a number, and completed the estimate in quick time, made appointments for my return and ensured that I was happy in all aspects, and that I had transportation while my car was being fixed.
